1. How will I receive my digital products? Immediately after your payment is confirmed via Stripe or PayPal, you will be redirected to a download page. You will also receive an automated email with your download links.
2. What formats are the files in? Most of our products are delivered as high-quality PDF files. For our Flashcards, you receive two versions: a Printable PDF (A4/Letter) and a Mobile-Optimized PDF for viewing on smartphones.
3. I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do? First, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If it’s not there, ensure your payment was successful. If you still need help, contact us at sales@communicatingwithkids.co.uk with your order number.
4. Can I get a refund? As our products are digital downloads, they are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act. However, if there is a technical defect with the file, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
5. Can I share these files with my friends? Your purchase grants a single-user license for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute these files. If you are a school or a therapist looking for a multi-user license, please contact us.
6. Do I need a special printer? No, any standard home printer will work. We recommend using slightly thicker paper or cardstock for Flashcards to make them more durable for kids.
- 7. What age range are your flashcards for? Our products are generally designed for children aged 2 to 10. Each product description specifies the recommended age group to ensure the content is developmentally appropriate.
- 8. Do I need to laminate the flashcards? It’s not mandatory, but we highly recommend it! Laminating your flashcards makes them “toddler-proof,” wipeable, and durable for long-term use.
- 9. Can I use the Mobile-Friendly version on an iPad or Tablet? Absolutely! The mobile version works perfectly on any smartphone, tablet, or iPad. It’s designed for easy swiping during “waiting moments” like doctor appointments or travel.
- 10. Do the products come in different languages? Currently, all our resources are in British English. We focus on clear, simple language that is easy for children to understand.

- 11. Is it safe to use my card on your website? Yes, 100%. We use Stripe and PayPal, which are world-leading payment processors. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
- 12. Will I be charged a subscription fee? No. All our products are one-time purchases. There are no hidden monthly fees or recurring charges.

- 13. The PDF won’t open on my device. What should I do? Make sure you have a PDF reader installed (like Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free). If the file appears “corrupted,” try downloading it again from a stable internet connection or contact our support.
- 14. I lost my downloaded files. Can I get them back? Don’t worry! Your download link is valid for 30 days. If you lose your files after that, just email us with your order details, and we’ll resend the links to you.
- 15. Can I print the files at a local print shop (e.g., Ryman or local library)? Yes, you can save the PDF to a USB stick or email it to your local print shop for professional printing.
